Onlangs een oude radio aangekocht, de verzending gebeurde via KIALI wat een goedkoop alternatief is tegenover Bpost. Dacht ik, maar nu heb ik een andere mening, niet dat het bij Bpost zoveel beter is, maar toch.
Toen ik mijn verpakking opende viel ik bijna van mijn stoel, de radio was totaal vernield. Aan de verpakking was geen enkele schade. Begrijpe wie kan maar mijn toestel is wel naar de verdoemenis.Angry

Mocht ge weten hoe alle pakketten gesorteerd worden dan is het niet moeilijk om dit soort dingen tegen te komen.
Ik werk nu 2 jaar bij PostNL (het vroegere TNT) en zie daar elke dag hoe al het gerief gesorteerd wordt ... da's niet te doen !!
Pakketten waar zelfs zonder overdrijven 6 of meerdere stickers met fragile ophangen worden gewoon op de sorteerband gesmeten.
Er wordt dus letterlijk en figuurlijk met alles gesmeten, niet moeilijk dus dat bijna elke dag wel iets gebroken of beschadigd is.

Gino er is zowel van mijn kant als van de verkoper aangifte gedaan, we wachten nu af wat het resultaat zal zijn.
