Ja wat je kan overkomen overkomt je.....

Ben vandaag naar de gemeente geweest en kreeg er de bevestiging dat de woonst met zijn gronden waar ik woon volledig in een bijzonder plaan van aanleg ligt.

Dat wil zeggen dat ik geen mast mag zetten!

Ik zal zelfs indien ik iets op het dak wil een aanvraag moeten gebeuren.

Dus ik denk dat ik met spijt in het hart mijn ozo begeerde antennemast terug ga moeten verkopen.

Hola Gino, niet te vlug opgeven hé!

Je zal enige creativiteit aan de dag moeten leggen:

Een mast als losse constructie heeft geen bouwvergunning nodig. Dus je zal de mast moeten voorzien van spankabels om hem "recht" te houden. Dan hoef je niks te vragen want dat is een losse constructie! De 2de mast staat hier op deze wijze opgesteld en daar is nog nooit iemand overgevallen.

In Geraardsbergen weet ik (in het centrum!) een mast staan waar aan de zijkant een as met 2 wielen aanhangt, dan is dat een bouwkraan en daar is ook geen vergunning voor vereist.

wel ik heb ergens een noodoplossing maar met die mast dat ik heb zal het niet gaan.
ik kan wel iets zetten zoals je zegt maar toch willen ze hebben dat ik iets vraag.
Ga het anders oplossen, ik kan aan een rijkswachtmast geraken die kan ik spannen.
Wel spijtig van mijn constructie pfftt...

Gino het is zoals Jan schrijft, zorgt dat er wielen onder staan, dat is ook zo bij stacaravans, die moeten ook op twee wielen staan anders is het een vaste constructie.Wink
